澳门艺术博物馆
澳门艺术博物馆隶属澳门特区政府民政总署,为澳门文化中心的一个组成部分,成立于1999年3月19日。总面积10,192 平方米,展览面积近4,000平方米,是澳门规模最大的文物艺术类博物馆。
澳门艺术博物馆的馆藏主要继承前贾梅士博物院收藏及历年的征集与购藏,重要馆藏系列包括澳门黑沙考古出土陶器及石器、明清广东书画、广东名家篆刻、石湾陶瓷、澳门及邻近地区之十九世纪西洋外销绘画及铜版画、澳门现代艺术、海报设计、摄影作品等珍贵文物及艺术品。其中精彩的广东石湾人物陶塑,更是世界上最重要的收藏系列之一,而早期西洋外销绘画、澳门现代艺术、海报设计、摄影作品等系列是反映澳门历史与文化艺术发展的最佳写照。2005年底,澳门艺术博物馆建立全国首个抑泄 行为艺术文献库樱藉此推动中国当代艺术发展及海外交流。
2005年,澳门艺术博物馆举办展览共17个,讲座及研讨会6项,全年参观人数接近15万人次。除了长期的馆藏展出外,本馆定期与内地及其它国家或地区合作举办各类型的交流展览,先后与北京故宫博物院、上海博物馆、河南省文物局、法国尼斯当代艺术博物馆、法国圣保罗梅格基金会、法国洛代沃博物馆、墨西哥人类学博物馆、韩国古宫博物馆等单位,及多国领事馆合作举办不同形式的大型展览,当中包括:“海国波澜──清代宫廷西洋传教士画师绘画流派精品展”、“文明之光──墨西哥古代文物珍品展”、“巨匠心影──毕加索版画展”、“尼斯新潮──法国当代艺术”、“至人无法──故宫、上博珍藏八大、石涛书画精品展”、“南宗北斗──董其昌诞生450周年书画特展”、“钢铁文明──东亚兵器大展”等重要展览,藉此让公众多方面接触各地区不同时代的文化艺术。
澳门艺术博物馆以收集、保护、研究、宣传本地区艺术成就、积极普及文化与艺术的发展及促进澳门与内地及国际间之文化交流为工作目标。同时,澳门艺术博物馆亦承担回归贺礼陈列馆日常运作及管理。全部工作人员52名,其中包括研究员3名和主要策展人5名。
Macao Museum of Art
Situated in the Macao Cultural Centre complex, the Macao Museum of Art under the administration of the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau was established on 19 March 1999. It is largest museum of cultural relics and art in Macao with a total area of 10,192m2, of which nearly 4,000m2 are exhibition areas.
The collections of Macao Museum of Art are mainly from the previous Cam es Grotto Museum as well as donations and acquisitions from past years. The most important cultural relics and artworks include the ceramics and stoneware excavated from Heisha in Macao, the Guangdong paintings and calligraphies from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the seal cuttings by famous experts in Guangdong, Shiwan ceramics, Western trade paintings arising in Macao and its neighbouring area during the 19th Century, copperplate etchings, contemporary art of Macao, poster designs, photographic works and more. Particularly, the outstanding series of ceramic human statues from Shiwan in Guangdong are one of the most prestigious collections in the world. Also, the series of early Western trade paintings, the contemporary art of Macao, poster designs and photographic works are the best examples that reflect the history and culture, as well as the art development, of Macao. In the end of 2005, Macao Museum of Art has established the Documentary Database of Chinese Performance Art the first of its kind in China, which aims to promote development of the Chinese Contemporary arts and overseas cultural exchange.
In the year of 2005, 17 exhibitions and 6 seminars were held in the Macao Museum of Art, and the number of visitors of the entire year reached nearly 150,000. Apart from exhibitions of the permanent collection, the Museum held various exchange exhibitions in collaboration with institutes from Mainland China and others regions and countries regularly, such as the Palace Museum, the Shanghai Museum, the Cultural Relics Bureau of Henan Province, the Modern and Contemporary Art Museum in Nice of France, the Maeght Foundation (Saint Paul, France), Mus e of Lod ve, the National Anthropology and History Institute of Mexico, the National Palace Museum of Korea, and also with many consulates. With the goal to promote various art forms and different cultures to the public, the Museum has organised significant exhibitions including The Golden Exile, Pictorial Expressions of the School of Western missionaries Artworks of the Qing Dynasty Court , Memories of the Past Mexican Pre-Hispanic Art , Reflections of the Master s Mind An Exhibition of Picasso s Prints , Nice, du Nouveau R alisme Supports/Surfaces , Rules by The Masters Paintings and Calligraphies by Ba Da and Shi Tao: Collections from the Palace Museum and Shanghai Museum , The Light of the Southern School Special Exhibition on the 450th Anniversary of the Birth of Dong Qi Chang and the History of Steel in Eastern Asia A View on the Development of Weaponry . Through the variety of exhibitions, the public have been introduced to art of different cultures and different eras.
The missions of the Macao Museum of Art are to collect, conserve, research, and promote the achievements of local art, while striving to popularise the development of culture and art and to enhance the cultural exchange among Macao, Mainland China and the world. Moreover, Macao Museum of Art is responsible for the operations and management of the adjacent Handover Gifts Museum of Macao. Our entire team of staff consists of 52 people, in which there are 3 researchers and 5 key curators. |
